The scheme was enabled by utilising a client owned adjacent site which created space to build apartments and a community centre on while a new Vicarage replaced a dilapidated property.

The appraisal for this development was challenging.
 

Solution

Academy's quantity surveyors worked closely with the design team to value engineer the scheme to ensure an acceptable budget was achieved.

 

Result

The community benefitted from a new facility for the community and a Vicarage funded by the proceeds of the sale of the apartments.
