Academy's role as Cost Manager for the temporary and permanent infrastructure embraced cost planning, procurement and delivery of bridges, roads, utility services, landscaping and lighting for the entire development.

Challenge

Delivery of the works on an extremely complex and busy site was a major challenge.

Our accurate cost planning and close engagement with the supply chain ensured budgets were maintained.

 

Result

Major infrastructure works procured to programmes enabled this multi-phased development to proceed in its main aim to deliver state of the art residential, retail, office and public open space.
