The project comprises the redevelopment of a 6 storey town house to create 2 duplex apartments and 4 single level flats on the upper floors.

Significant structural works had to take place, avoiding impact on neighbours.
 

Solution

Methods of construction were reviewed to ensure the quickest and quietest methods were utilised where possible.

Careful liaison with neighbours to advise of upcoming works.

 

Result

No impact on programme from structural works.
