Description 

The meticulous conversion of a former offices building to form 34 high quality apartments.

Challenge

The existing building was structurally unsound and a great deal of strengthening and remedial work had to be carried out.
 

Solution

The enabling works scope was developed and commenced concurrently with fitting out works design to avoid extending the programme.

 

Result

The scheme was delivered to a high quality in time to reach the market in the Spring peak buying season - all units were sold shortly after completion.
