Description

The development of 2 new restaurant units, the conversion of a single unit to 3 food and beverage retail units and the extension of surface and multi-storey car parking.

Challenge

To keep construction moving in an operational retail park whilst placating concerns of tenants who continued trading. 
 

Solution

The delivery team worked together in extensive pre-construction workshops to ensure the project could be phased and the logistic plan was robust. Tenants were advised in advance to manage expectations.

 

Result

The work was delivered seamlessly to programme on budget with no complaints from existing operators.
