Description

The delivery of a 53,000 square foot distribution centre for DHL and 5 Trade units amounting to 25,000 square feet.

Challenge

This Victorian industrial site presented the issue of contaminated ground which had to be dealt with during the construction period.
 

Solution

Academy worked with the team to make a fair assessment of cost for the remedial works carried out.

 

Result

The project was completed to programme and the final account agreed fairly between the parties.
