Description 

Darien Properties purchased 32 Hans Road to redevelop it into a multi-unit property of three duplex units for sale.

Challenge

Limited access to the site - all plant and materials had to access to through the street level front door.

​

Solution

Careful coordination with the contractor enabled works to be phased to avoid access problems, materials reviewed to ensure they would be able to pass through the single access point.

 

Result

Works completed to an extremely high quality.
