Description

A new build scheme of 15 high quality apartments in two blocks built in a short time frame on a Construction Management basis. The scheme included clearing the site of contaminated soil.

Challenge

The developer wanted to get on to site quickly and build in a short time frame to maximise the profitability of the scheme.
 

Solution

Academy suggested and implemented a Construction Management procurement route and assisted the developer in buying trade work packages economically and in a short time frame to enable a quick start on site.

 

Result

The demolition and re-development was completed in a short time frame to an excellent standard and the entire scheme was rented to an RSL, greatly increasing the value of the property.
