Description: A major refurbishment of this mid-town office building including strip out, external wall restoration, mechanical and electrical services upgrade and category 'A' fit out to provide grade A space.

 

The project was sited in a busy London location so logistics were complex and the tendering market was overheard making cost planning the scheme challenging.  Academy held detailed dialogue with the design team and interfaced with the supply chain to establish appropriate levels of cost for the project.

Tenders came in on budget and the 30,000 square feet of grade A office space was delivered on time and let upon completion.
