Sevenoaks Town Football Club

Academy are delighted to advise that Sevenoaks Town Football Club have recently secured funding to deliver the new Greatness Football and Community Pavilion. 

This brings the total secured funding to nearly £2 million from the Football Foundation, Sevenoaks Town Council and the Premier League Stadium grant.

The new pavilion, located adjacent to the 3G pitch at Greatness Recreation Ground, will provide modern changing rooms and community spaces. 

The funding will assist in securing a state-of-the-art facility with the installation of environmental features including air source pumps, living green wall and solar glazing panels reducing the pavilion's carbon footprint and improving its energy efficiency.

As Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager and Employer’s Agent on the scheme, Academy Consulting is pleased to be contributing to the realisation of a project that offers genuine social value for the Sevenoaks community.

The works are expected to commence later this year:

Alkerden C of E Academy

Academy Consulting are carrying out the roles of Project Manager and Cost Consultant to help deliver the new all-through Alkerden C of E Academy in Ebbsfleet Garden City which will be run by Aletheia Academies Trust and eventually house over 2,000 pupils. 

The project is progressing well on site with the RC frame complete to the secondary school and the installation of the CLT frame for the primary school currently ongoing.

The temporary school building and 4G artificial sports pitch have also been installed ready for pupils to start this September, with the main school targeted for opening in September 2026.
