The Works, Croydon

Academy Consulting are pleased to announce that we are commencing our 14th project with Chancerygate at The Works, Croydon.

The project will deliver 15 brand new industrial / warehouse units to the north-west of Central Croydon.

The scheme takes a forward-thinking approach to sustainability with targets of BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A and includes air source heat pumps, PV panels, high performance envelopes, EV charging points and a substantial mature landscaping scheme.

We are looking forward to working with Magrock, Ian C King, Cudd Bentley Consulting Ltd, PTA - Powell Tolner & Associates Ltd and BWS Group to successfully deliver this exciting project.
