Description 

The creation of 10 industrial units and the refurbishment of another within an extremely small site.

Challenge

Logistics and cost were the biggest challenges in making this scheme successful.
 

Solution

A value engineering process was adopted both pre and post tender. The scheme was rationalised to achieve budget. Our Project Management team leased with existing tenants to ensure the scheme could be built efficiently and without disruption to trading businesses.

 

Result

A high quality and energy efficient scheme was delivered that was let to new tenants on completion.
