Description 

High quality new build house of 5,000 sq ft set in landscaped gardens within the grounds of a racehorse stud farm.

 

The house is curved on plan and has a basement level which contains a cinema room, wine store and central plant room.

 

The building has underfloor heating throughout with AV touch screens in the principal rooms to control the home automation systems including environmental control, music, televisions, blinds and curtains.

 

External elevations are a mixture of timber cladding and render with a zinc roof.

Challenge

Access to the site was through a working stud farm so deliveries of materials, plant and equipment had to be carefully controlled.
 

Solution

In conjunction with the Professional Team and the Contractor a strict access regime through the farm was agreed, instigated and closely monitored.

 

Result

A successful project with timely and safe delivery of materials, plant and equipment.
